Archbold: 600 Lafayette St., Archbold, OH, 43502, 419-445-5579 

Intersection of SR #66 and SR #2. The HS is three blocks west of Defiance St (SR 66) on Lafayette St. Football (9-12), volleyball (9-12), soccer (9-12), tennis (9-12), basketball (9-12), wrestling, track, baseball, and softball are played there. Soccer and junior high football are played at Spengler field in downtown Archbold. Cross country is run at the reservoir behind Sauder Manufacturing in Archbold. Golf is played at Ironwood Golf Course in Wauseon. 

Bryan: 1000 Fountain Grove Drive, Bryan, OH, 43506, 419-636-4536 

Intersection of SR #34, SR #2, and US 127. The high school is off Center St., (old St #2), at the southwest edge of Bryan. Basketball games (9-12) and wrestling matches (7-12) are at the high school building. Football games (7-12) and track meets are played near the high school at 1301 Center St. JH basketball games (7-8) are played at the old high school on Portland Street. The location for baseball (9-12), softball (9-12), tennis (9-12), soccer (9-12), and cross country (7-12) is Bryan Recreation Park, located off Center St (Chamber Street) in Bryan. Golf is played at Riverside Greens just west of Stryker. 

Delta: 605 Taylor St., Delta, OH 43515 

Intersection of SR 2 and SR 109. The school is on the east side of town. Turn north on Taylor St, go four blocks to the school. Football (7-12), volleyball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, track, and baseball are played at the HS site. Softball, cross country, and junior high volleyball and junior high basketball are played at the Junior High. Golf is played at White PInes Golf Course south of Swanton. 

Evergreen: 14544 CR 6, Metamora, OH, 419-644-2951 

On County Road 6, just off US 20 (Central Ave.) east of SR #109 and west of I-475. Turn north on County Road 6 (from US 20). The school is . mile on the right.. Football, volleyball, cross country, basketball, wrestling, track, baseball, and softball are played at this location 7-12. Golf is played at Spuyten Duyval Golf Course on Central Ave. west of Toledo. 

Liberty Center: 103 Young St., PO Box 434, Liberty Center, OH, 43531 

Intersection of SR 109 and US 24. The school is in town on 109 about 2 miles north of US 24. Football, volleyball, soccer, cross country, basketball, and wrestling are played at this site 7-12. Baseball, softball, and track are played north of town in a park complex on SR 109. Golf is played at White Pines Golf Course, south of Swanton. 

Montpelier: 1015 East Brown Road, Montpelier, OH, 43543, 419-485-6700 

Intersection of SR's 107, 15, and 576. Volleyball, cross country, basketball and wrestling are played at the high school on E. Brown Rd. Baseball, and softball are played at the Superior School Complex two miles south of town on SR 576 and Co Rd J. Football and track are played at the field on Co Rd K west of the high school. Golf is played at Hillcrest Golf Course. 

Patrick Henry: 6-900 SR 18, Hamler, OH, 43524, 419-274-3015 

Intersection of SR #18 and County Road 7, between Hamler and Deshler. The school is located at that intersection, SR #18 and CR 7, three miles west of SR #65 and two miles east of SR #109. All football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball and track events 7-12 are played at this site. Cross country events are at the Deshler Airport and golf is at Pike Run, north of Ottawa. 

Swanton: 601 N. Main St., Swanton, OH 43558, 419-826-3045 

Intersection of SR 64 and SR 2 (Airport Hwy). The school entrance is off N. Main St. or off CR H. Football, volleyball, soccer, cross country, basketball, wrestling, and track are played at this site. Baseball and softball are in Memorial Park on Main Street. Golf is played at Valleywood Golf Course.

Intersection of US20A, SR 2 and SR 108. The school is located off Shoop Ave. east on Parkview, at the end of the street, or at the east end of Elm Sr. A school entrance is also available from the north and east off Linfoot St. (CRF), near the middle school complex. Football (7-12), volleyball (9-12), soccer, tennis (9-12), swimming, basketball (9-12), wrestling (9-12), cross country, baseball and softball are played at this site. Most junior high sports of volleyball and basketball are played at the Middle School. Golf is played at Ironwood Golf Course.
